My skin graft site on my leg (excuse the long sleeved shirt/shorts combo- I have to wear shorts or it hurts my leg but I am cold today LOL):
What a skin graft that is healing looks like (all the white stuff is skin that has taken). Such a small area for the large amount of skin that has to be taken. :(

Sorry that things are so crazy for you right now. You're in my thoughts.
Regarding your pictures, you're gorgeous! Smiles come from the heart, and they shine through the eyes. You can't fake that kind of smile...anyone can turn up their mouth and pretend to smile. What you have is something that no tumor, doctor, or surgery can take away.
